We are looking for someone who is self-driven, structured, and enjoys working both operationally and administratively. You have a good ability to motivate others and can create engagement within the group. We see you as a role model for your colleagues by following the company's working methods, routines, and established policies. We would like you to have:

• Experience in customer contact, service professions, or technical work.
• Computer skills and the ability to use systems as work tools.
• The ability to manage and plan daily work under time pressure.
• A strong technical interest and aptitude for technical tasks.
• A manual B driver's license.

Experience in leadership is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you are a person who dares to take responsibility and make decisions.

As Workshop Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the daily operations of the workshop run efficiently and with a customer focus. You will:

• Perform windshield replacements and stone chip repairs.
• Lead the daily work and ensure that colleagues have the right conditions.
• Receive customers and handle administrative tasks such as bookings and reporting.
• Ensure quality and follow routines for safety and processes.
• Engage and motivate your team to achieve common goals.

The position involves a mix of practical work (about 70%) and administrative tasks (about 30%). Carglass ensures that you receive the right training and support to succeed in the role. This is a direct recruitment, and you will be employed directly by Carglass. The position is full-time, and working hours are scheduled during the day. You will be stationed at one workshop, but there may be work at nearby workshops as needed.
